Sharing Ideas events showcase the many ways neighbors, community groups and organizations are strengthening the social fabric throughout Portland. Groups share the idea behind their efforts to benefit community, how they moved their ideas into action, what they do today, and how they hope to make a difference for tomorrow. These engaging presentations build community support for existing projects and inspire possibilities for creating similar projects in any neighborhood.

All Sharing Ideas events are free and open to everyone. Come be curious, celebrate grassroots projects initiated by everyday people, discover common interests, and be inspired!
